Coach Joe grew up in a baseball family. He played competitively throughout high school.

His love for the game has continued as he gets to coach his two daughters at club and rec levels.

Coach Joe is heavily involved in his local softball program and if he’s not traveling the world for work he is on the diamond somewhere.
